Inner City Pool Redo

Turning a tired, cramped old pool area into something beautiful.

Before - a tired, old pool - the brick paving was lifting, the pool tiles falling off, and a section of the high brick wall leaning precariously.

New tiling, new sandstone paving to freshen up the look of the area  and we replaced the thick, leaning brick wall with vertical timber fencing, which gave back about 12 square metres to the area.

Tiny Lightwell Garden

From unused space to showplace.

A narrow light well, a few folding chairs - this space could be so much more.

Add a few planters, a cantilevered seat to keep the space feeling as wide as possible, and a decorative light screen to cut into that slab of white wall. Now it's a place to relax - on a budget.

Family Oasis

From a cold, paved courtyard to a lush retreat for the family to enjoy.

Before - a tired space, with slippery paving, no soft areas for play, and no distinct entertaining area or way to get to the bungalow.

An entertaining deck, lawns for the kids to play (and fall down) on, and the whole thing links the house to the bungalow - a huge improvement that the clients love.
